Here's my routine...In Reply to: Trust SOI argument posted by gc on May 26, 2010 at 12:19 AM Gonzalo, Usually the packet of forms that escrow gives you when first go into their office contains an Statement of Information (SI) form to fill out along with several other standard forms. I fill out everything else, but not the SI form--I just leave it out. If escrow then asks me where it is I tell them it's not applicable in this case since the selling or buying entity isn't an actual person and thus wasn't born, doesn't live anywhere, has no occupation nor spouse, etc. At that point escrow says something like, "Oh, that's right." and that's the end of it. --------Ward =============== : Ward, : Any tips on winning the argument about not filling out the Statement of Information with the Title company when the property is in a THT?
