You've got at least 90 days after foreclosure...In Reply to: Lease and Foreclosure... posted by AJ on May 24, 2010 at 11:13 AM AJ, Right now there's a federal law that Obama has enacted giving tenants of residential property a minimum of 90 days notice before they have to vacate due to a foreclosure.
