: What if the winning bidder is just an agent for the investor? Would the settlor then be the investor who is really purchasing the property, or the agent?

: No, the winning bidder who dictated the vesting of the property into the trust entity is the settlor.

: : : Who would be settlor on a trust that was created when the property was purchase at the TS? Would it be the same as the Grantor on the Trustee's deed? Vesting on Trustee's Deed went directly into a title holding trust.
