I am a successful investor (through trial and error). At one point (recently) I was going for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac bulk purchases. It was not my cup of tea, but I am willing to share that info with anyone interested (who shares info here/not interested in folks that just take, take, take and never share). Also, I made a purchase from LaneGuide.com a nice data base of Lenders and Asset Managers. It might be very helpful to some of you. I paid $199.00 for a one year subscription.
