Perhaps we would see who the real investors are...BTW, mistakes are now being made week in and week out with some of the purchases being made, even from the deep pocket Orange County folks. I believe some people have gotten drunk on their successes of the preceeding 9 months and will soon learn that they better exercise a bit more caution - or perhaps not. Good luck to all in the trenches What do you mean? What are the big investors relying on from Foreclosure Radar that they can't get from County Recorder Research?
