Since there is no easy access to the property what is my best way to get in touch with the current owners. I was able to get in one time when the gates were opened and it seemd there are people living in the house. Is it ok for me or my realtor to get in when someone is leaving the property (gates will be open) to talk to the previous owners and suggestion.
