Also, Noteworthy.com has some of the same kind of noteheads around. Dean Engle from notebuyingprofits.com (who spoke at Ward's 2009 reunion) might know a contact or two. If you still get nowhere, contact me offline and I'll talk to my banker, whose Dad I've met and is a retired FDIC exec. Think the assignment could have been recorded in error? Not recorded? New owner screw up due to the error of a 23 year-old gum-snapping, chain-smoking clerk in the closing dept?
