With regards to the second mortgage, are referring to the piggy back
second at the time of the purchase? IF so, that is not a purchase money
loan. Talk with any BK attorney, and the lender has up to 4 years
to file suit on that 2nd lien.

: : : IF I WAS IN THE BORROWER POSITION AND THE LENDER TRY TO SUE ME,

: : : 1. I WOULD COUNTER SUE I'M 1000X TIMES

: : : 2. I WOULD USE THE ULTIME WEAPON THE "DOCTRINE OF ULTRA VIRES".

: : : 3. THE UCC-1. UNTIL I DEVASTED THE LENDER AND THE INVESTOR WHO BOUGHT THE LOAN AT ONCE.

: : I don't disagree with your position. This particular lender is going after poorer new immigrants, that lost their homes because they couldn't make the payments. How many Default Judgment do you think they will get, just because the defendants can afford to hire an attorney and defend themselves?
