LEt me try to explaint his again... There are 4 properties that I want to try and purchase. I know the owner. the owner is in foreclosure. I know this becasue I know the owner personally, AND I have the Lis Pendens from the court. I am NOT working with the owner. The places are useless unless foreclosed I woul imagine becasue of the liens. I have also talked to the NOTE HOLDER and he is definetly in the foreclosure process. The NOTE holder is a private investor. I have all of the legal documents pertaining to these properties. HEre is a list of liens associated with each property: * State Department of LAbor lien * Workmans compensation board lien * Private settlement lien (x's 3) * NYS taxation and finance lien * Private settlement lien Hope that this clears it up.
