Sorry but I don't know some of your acronyms.

This is soo attractive to me becasue of the equity potential and because I know the current owner.
I am very familiar with the properties, and what work has been recently done to renovate both of the properties.

How would the liens not be removed if the the not holder has first position? Taxes are all paid on property.

Is this something that I should talk to a lawyer about?
