There are liens attached to the house from the previous owner's legal situation. That's why I am
saying that they are worthless unless foreclosed. I can buy the notes, but that isn't worth anything to me becasue I can't
collect rent becasue the homeowner is paying back IRS with that.

Could the homeowner sign the properties back over to the investor?

But then ther is still the liens that would need to be cleared?
