One thing is that it doesn't bother me in the slightest to foreclose on someone, or evict them. The other thing is that there's no such thing as an empty gun. When someone has a BK on their record (and a BK 13 is a bankruptcy, no two ways about it) the fact that they did not go thru with it make no difference to me, If you point a gun at me, I'm going to assume that there are bullets in it every time. I may not give you enough time to think about whether you're a 'lucky punk' or not and will always assume that you intend to pull the trigger.
