: You may be right, however, if tenant thinks that she can buy more time, etc. expect she'll do most anything. I'm not about to try to outsmart her. That's why you hire a U/D attorney who really loves their work.

: I once had a toothless agent as a holdover tenant in MoVal at the beginning of the last RE downcycle. Took three years and countless BK cout appearances to get that dentally-challenged crook out of my house.
