Living space about same size. The other property actually had a 20% bigger lot. But: We had also painted :-) And upgraded heating/ AC/ electrical/ plumbing. Our unit looked new. The other property had no upgrades received in 20 years (rental unit, I think). However, spend 70k and you would be there.
