I scratch my head each day with what I see "investors" prices on the MLS in my area after a rehab. Granite and landscape doesn't automatically add 25k to the value of a home. Dear Brian, I would like to pay less for my properties however in order to keep my deal flow I need to be competitive. How many deals do you do each week with your method of valuations? Follow Ups:
