I'm not about to try to outsmart her. That's why you hire a U/D attorney who really loves their work. Prior posts are all valid, too. IMO, life is too short to mess with some would-be professional deadbeat. It's attorney time...now. Then sell tickets to the sheriff's lockout and videotape it for Youtube so that perspective landlords will know all about her. I once had a toothless agent as a holdover tenant in MoVal at the beginning of the last RE downcycle. Took three years and countless BK cout appearances to get that dentally-challenged crook out of my house. And, is there anyone who can't guess what she asked me for when the Sheriff and I woke her up that early Friday morning? [hint #1: you get ONE guess].
