Appraisal problems on a consistent basis COULD mean that your FMV assumptions are high which means your purchase price will be to high. I scratch my head each day with what I see "investors" prices on the MLS in my area after a rehab. Granite and landscape doesn't automatically add 25k to the value of a home.
