None of the prior answers are correct because the poster does not reveal what STATE he's in.

And no, I'm not referring to his level of conciousous or enlightenment, but the State or Commonwealth in which he resides. All these answers are loose interpretations of CA f/c laws.

BTW, it's not 90 days but rather three (3)months from recordation of the NOD before the NOS can be recorded and published.
