There doesn't seem like there'd be enough control over your bids? Once the heavy hitters knew who was doing the CRR bidding then they could try to sucker them to overbidding for kicks. CRR reps will be following orders so they'll just be bidding away. Would bids on the CRR site be available for any client to see? Not too sure who'd be up for this if you really thought it through?
