Any thoughts?? : Sentiment has shifted and everyone is expecting a bump this summer. Case in point: I watched a home that I comped out at $325K in the San Gabriel Valley that was bid up to $295K last week. In January, Wedgewood won the bid for $251K for a similar home across the street. What do you mean by expecting a bump for this summer?
