Many of its claims have been debunked. You're right about one thing. The banks are purely motivated by cash. Can't blame them they're a biz. But, nothing has changed for them over the last few months and the fact is we have seen NO spike in short sale volume...not even a trending up. Through a strong network of brokers from my previous corp gig, they tell me no changes in s/s activity. It's not happenin' (right now or even soon, at least).
