You should probably file a "Statement of Partnership Authority" with the Secretary of State. Also known as form GP-1, I believe. It's available on the State website. This will give one or more partners sole signing authority.

: If you buy a property at Trustee Sale under a GP name, who would be responsible for signing all the paperwork and deed for this property when selling it? Any of the partners, or specified in the partnership agreement or the Managing General Partner? Thanks
