I must say that Jay, the trustee sale auctioneer, was in top form. It was really great to see you guys and gals again. Hopefully next year (same time, last sat in Feb. and same place) we won't have the rain to contend with and all those who wish to join me at Zaca Ranch in nearby De Luz can caravan out for a BBQ. For those who read this board and choose not to pasticipate, you really are missing out in what must be the west's only gathering of serious foreclosure investors. Of course, there are lots of people touting short sales and other acquisition techniques peculiar to our current real estate cycle, but at some point that model will cease to work. If you want to make money in all cycles, learn how to work foreclosures. Also, where else can you have this much fun?
