REO New Construction/no permits/engenering ect.
My Partner and I ran on to a brandnew house,to good to be true.we checked with city because there were no final hook ups.Electric,water,gas,landscape,access rd unpaved.Found out no permits at all were ever taken,big big problem and the R.E.O. broker claims she does not know a thing.I am wondering since that is absurd.She has to know.What kind of duty does she have?How can she take offers on a property that is in this jam.And not divulge any of this.
