: 1st Part: I have conflicting information in regards to when you can post/serve a 3 day
: notice due to foreclosure to an owner who just lost their house at a trustee sale. A
: reputable eviction attorney has told me as soon as you are the successful bidder and
: have your receipt in hand and as long as you perfect title serving a 3 day notice is OK
: to serve right away. You cannot actually start the unlawful detainer until your deed is
: recorded. Can I get some feedback on if this seems correct and if not why? 2nd part
: referring to the strategy aspect and/or if anyone has had a bad or good experience
: serving a 3 day before recording your trustees deed I would love to hear about it.
