Title Holding Trust-BeneWe are purchasing a property in a Title Holding Trust. My understanding is we our LLC would be the beneficiary b/c we are the "owner" however my escrow officer insists that the bene is the private money lender. I think she is just confusing this with a the deed of trust??? My thoughts is that the private money lender shouldn't have anything to do with the THT or should she be anywhere on the deed. I guess I am just looking for confirmation, b/c she sounds pretty confident. Any prompt response would be very appreciated! Justin
