: : Hello,

: : Can someone share some tips on how you go about in checking if a property is vacant?

: : Just wanted to be more efficient in doing so. Thanks

: One other idea is to Get a pair of thick rubber gloves and go through the trash can. Trash can tell me a lot of info. Fresh trash or old trash?

All that stinkinees isn't going to stop someone coming back later and claiming they were still living there. Determining if there isn't someone currently living there isn't too hard it's the people that want to come back and cause trouble that you have to watch out for.
