This is a little scary; hope you've done your other homework 'cause this is pretty fundamental.

The trustee will send you a document that transfers title to you, the buyer, called a "Trustee's Deed Upon Sale" or informally, "Trustee's Deed."

That is what you'll record, hopefully within 15 calendar days of the t-sale date.
