However, not all liens are super-priority. What is telling on your purchase is that the answer appears to be in the language of the recorded document. So, hopefully it's not a lot of money and you've moved forward having learned something at the price of X. Now, you won't have to take that "class" again (unless you want to) and will chalk that up to the price of tuition. BTW, will you be attending Ward's reunion meeting this Saturday? You don't have to be a grad to attend and you'll meet plenty of others who've learned lessons far more expensive than yours probably is, and that you can benefit from their experiences.
