From whom? Trustee at t-sale? Prior owner? Intermediary? Is the claim against you for illegal dejectment, trespass, etc.? Or is it just a claim about their stuff? I'm trying to get a sense of what circumstances you acquired title. Is that at issue in the lawsuit? Follow Ups: How did you rack up that much in legal bills already?
