Just keep moving forward...In Reply to: No permits for house. posted by M Ca on February 19, 2010 at 8:49 PM You don't have more than 10 or 15 days to wait before you'll receive your Trustee's Deed and record it. Then just proceed forward with your plan to review the tax assessor's records. It seems obvious that at some point you will have to contend with the county's remedy for permitting the improvements made without the proper permits.

: At least 2 large loans had been made on the property in the last 7 years and the loans were made by large institutional lenders. We will review the tax assessors field notes to determine if B&S is missing some permits. In order to view field notes, you must be owner and we have not received TDUS as sale just occured. : Any suggestions on how to proceed?
