Gary,

The vesting of a general partnership can be as simple as follows:

"Sonora Partnership, a California General Partnership"

If you wanted the vesting language to be more fully defined then you could choose to disclose more, like:

"Sonora Partnership, a California General Partnership, consisting of the Sonora Trust, with
Equity Ventures, LLC as Trustee and InnoVest Resource Mgmt., a Sole Proprietorship".

Can a GP hold title by its own name or do the actual partners' names need to on the title? (California) Thanks
