I assume it's legal as a beneficiary and a trustee on the same TD. The one part I don't know how to do is find an auction "crier" in Nevada County, CA. Any ideas? : Gary, : Yes, the same person or the same entity can be both the trustee and beneficiary on a trust deed in California. :
