: it keeps on getting better, received the deed today from Quality, got a call shortly after from Quality, they said after all it looks like the previous escrow closed on time and per their instructions for the short sale deadlines, they said the deed was issued by mistake and asked if I had recorded it, they said they would like to refund me my money plus 7% interest, looked at the property and it was vacant, looks like painters might be working inside, what do I do?
