Who's dumber those WITH the education that can't figure things out on their own or those without the education that are TRYing to get the answers? Duh??? Placing a TD on it can't hurt and MAY help. You obviously see the benefits there. The Beneficiary (not OWNER) of the TD could be another Trust or LLC or whatever. Don't be so mean-spirited to someone that obviously doesn't have the edu you do (however so slight it is)!
