[ Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ The Forum Board ] [ FAQ ] placing trust deeds on one's investments Posted by hard money lender on February 08, 2010 at 11:01 PM (california) in past discussions, i have had several knowledgeable people talk to me about having a trust deed placed on their investment properties, to help ward off lawsuits. to any of you investors who actually keep some of your properties that you buy at foreclosure - do any of you place trust deeds on them ? if so, how is the property titled ? and who is the owner of the trust deed ?
