Your's fits that to a "T" and you may have spotted the inconsistencies perhaps earlier than you did and worked the deal otherwise differently. : For example, look at deals with small trustees, such as the "boutique-size" specialty trustees, or bail bondsmen. Also, anything that is cried out at an irregular locations (like the fire station at Mount Baldy). : It doesn't automatically mean that there's anything automatically wrong with the sale or procedure, however you gotta wonder about some of the wacky situations that have occurred. : Trustee games aside, just remember that other bidders consider it great sport to 'poke' at non-regulars with dis-information and such.
