Which Entity for buying REO's?

I understand the advantages of buying at TS using the THT'S. But what about for buying REO's. The banks want proof of funds with the offer. Also, the Seller's sometimes get touchy when you switch buyer vesting in escrow. Right now i have a sub s corp w/proof of funds. If i switch to THT's, I would create it after I get the accepted offer. I am taking on investors, so i like the idea of the THT's that i can create ad hoc as the deals come up.
