Re: Contact Owner? In Reply to: Re: Contact Owner? posted by Lee Carl on February 05, 2010 at 10:44 PM Are you kidding me? You are looking for the easy way in this market? Do you understand the difference between auction buys and "Subject To" buys? Thank you, as I know you are not my competition. Of course it is not easy and it only takes one... as I always say. Have you taken Ward's training? No, apparently not as if you had you would realize what you write about can be a diamond farm. Show me an abandoned home with equity and I start ( after I am done salvating) to realize the possibilites.. with some work. Did you check the trash can or the neighbors? Sometimes a Private I can help in these types of deals. How BAD do you want it?
: : : : : Lee : : : : Why do you want to track down the owner. Is he lost? : : : : Dond : : : To try to buy the house before the foreclosure sale, because most of the people in foreclosure don't have a working phone #. : : I call that Door Knocking. Yes, it is a profitable way of doing business, however I have never seen a comprehensive foreclosure, subscription list that will tell you all you need to know ( position of loan in foreclosure, Title Chain etc ) to understand if the property has equity and is worth taking over subject to current financing and all other voluntary and involuntary liens / loans.
