As a froze in the rain waiting for the property I wanted I heard murmers from the "big boys" that the property sold 1 minute after the auction started. It went back to Bene because no one was there to bid. Well I WAS there. How could auctioneer let this prop go before crieing postponments and before qualifying everybody? (he qualified us all at once for the days bidding) Part 2: Private Lender called me back tonight and said he may have to recind auction because seller declared bankruptcy today. I see no indication of this on my Pacer account. Thoughts??? Follow Ups: Funny-smelling sushi and other anomolies...
