It is Friday ; maybe he will call. I failed to mention that he was in a third position ( 100K) foreclosed on the same property and continued to pay the first and I $11,000 per month for well over 2 years put $200,000 into it and then lost it to me. The address is 5030 San Joaquin Dr. san Diego 92109. I made well over $240,000 in interest during this time so am not too upset with the gentleman. Have a nice day Rick.
