wrong THT name

Hi Ward and others,
We purchased property at trustee's sale in CA. Deed came with street name spelled wrong on vesting of title holding trust. Since today is 15th day and trusee is in MO, we don't have time to send it back. Can we record it like that? legal description is correct. Or can you please tell us Calif. Government code that we have the right to correct the deed.
