Posted by Alfred, CA on February 03, 2010 at 1:45 PM It took me months, after many many offers, to finally get a project (recently got a 4bed/3bath in LA through a short sale). Whenever I finish a rehab project, I want there to be another property waiting that I can jump right onto. One solution is to have a network of wholesalers continually offering me properties. Does anyone have any bright ideas on how I can find and connect up with wholesalers that buy and sell properties in the LA area? Follow Ups: Re: How find and contact wholesalers?
