Hi Rick, I'm looking for investment purposes (and I know I need a lot more education to get there), however, if I come across something that would be a great home upgrade for my family, then that's a bonus. This house was sort of looking like it might be a good deal for us on the personal side of things. So that's why I was getting attached. I know I shouldn't have let myself! Thanks for your feedback.
