Co-Owner added to Deed, but Co-owner has Leins Q.
A husband buys a property and has a deed of trust. Question, if his wife or partner had judgements against them BEFORE the first deed of trust, does this mean they have to be paid off after foreclosure? Seems odd that the owner could add someone to the grant deed and therefore move the first mortgage to a jr. status.
