Posted by PM-Socal on January 27, 2010 at 9:43 AM I got a call from my title company yesterday saying they would not be able to provide title insurance because the last transfer was done with no consideration. It was done via a Grant Deed and shown as a gift. I am in Los Angeles. Is this cause for alarm?
