One thing that you dont want is the investor that calls ever other day to ask for an update. The better he understands whats going on the less he needs you to hold his hand. : Thats how we do it... We don't allow any investors that won't give us immediate access to the money (we can transfer from their account into ours at a moments notice) and if an investor tries to give us any input on the deal we return their money and tell them thank you.
