We base this on his speed and understanding of the type of deals we are doing and the amount of money he has to invest. The investor with the most money will be most likely to be able to contribute the most to your growth and future deals. Another aspect is his communication and understanding of your deals, sort of how easy he is to deal with. One thing that you dont want is the investor that calls ever other day to ask for an update. The better he understands whats going on the less he needs you to hold his hand. Thats how we do it...
