This lien does not cloud title. Any title company will look at this
and still issue a title policy. You are right in your instinct that
there should be something wrong with this. In the end, when you are
in contract to sell the property, this will not be an issue with
title that you have to clear up. They will issue a preliminary report
that does not include this bogus lien as an exception. Just sell it
and let the other idiot waste his time.
