"Big Red" obviously either doesn't under lien title priority, or foreclosure sales, or perhaps both.

Any lien that is recorded subsequent to the foreclosing lienholder/mortgage, is junior in priority. There would be no practical affect on any such wild liens, nor would such an amateurish attempt thwart any but the most novice foreclosure sale buyers.

Original poster could consult with legal counsel about filing BK however this will only delay the inevitable.
